LATEST NEWS April 2010 Our guests are able to watch the exciting starts of the BVI Spring Regatta March 2010 January to May brings the opportunity to see Humpback Whales in the region. Our guests were greateful to have seen and experianced this mother and calf: Feb 2010 Stenella has been treated to new non slip decks! We took the old teak off and repalced with this very cool new deck!! June 2008 Once again our guests get a chance to swim with wild dolphins... If you are lucky this could be you! May 2008 Stenella is host to a wedding charter! Thats right this couple got married on Stenella with some close friends and family. A great way to have a fun week and and intimate wedding. Fantastic. April 2008 Andy gets the chance to go racing during the BVI Spring Regatta and has a lot of fun! This is a Melges 32 and is considered an extreme racing yacht. In the shots below the yacht in sailing at 18 knots! Spring 2008 From January to April there is the possibility of seeing Humpback Whales. We mostly see them sailing to or from Anegada as we are in a more open water area. Spring 2008 We are on charter and witness a full lunar eclipse Winter 2007 Stenella now has 3000sqft extra sail area for downwind when the conditions are right! This can be a lot of fun! September 2007 The crew of Stenella go on team building excerises through national parks of the USA during the closed summer season in the Caribbean. July 2007 Stenella now offers a quiet electric push button flushing toilet system that makes using the marine head easy and reduces the risk of embarressment. April 2007 Stenella is treated to a brand new engine, ensuring many more years of reliabilty and performance under power. December 2006 The guests onboard for Christmas get to swim with wild dolphins in Little Harbour! Check out these pictures... click to enlarge. November 2006 Stenella receives her new set of sails! Great look, great shape, great performance. April 2006 Stenella receives a new little friend... We take delivery of our 14ft center consol 60 Hp dingy. December 2005 Stenella wins 2nd place in her division for the Pussers Round Tortola Race. What can be better than to charter a great yacht that can also prove her sailabido! November 2005 Andy wins Directorship to CYS Andy was asked to run and was voted on the board as a director of the Charter Yacht Society. This honour is only bestowed on those who are professional and committed to the Charter Yacht Industry November 2005 Stenella Wins Award! WOW! Stenella wins 'BEST MONOHULL' award at the 2005 BVI Boat Show! Against all the monohulls available Stenella has been award the BEST Monohull - a very proudly won award which reflects the time, investment and vision that has been put into Stenella! October 2005 Stenella Completes her Refit WOW! Stenella looks great!!! New Paint Job, new interior upholstery, new galley and the list goes on.... Keep an eye on the website as we update our photos! June 2005 Stenella Refit Stenella has been booked in for a major refit this summer. Stenella is kept up to a very high standard and this refit will ensure that she continues to remain a standard. The refit will include a new paint job amongst many other upgrades. June 2005 DIVING Both Andy & KC of Stenella have attained their PADI Dive Master. From November 2005 Stenella will now be offering diving! May 2005 Teak Decks Stenella has just had her teak decks refurbished. A huge job, but they look and feel great! April 2005 The BVI Safety Code The BVI have recently introduced a new safety code in the region for charter yachts to comply to. Stenella has just had her inspection and passed with flying colours. In fact the inspector told the crew that Stenella was the most together and most complient yacht he had inspected in the BVI's with regards to the safety code. March 2005 More Gadget Madness Aboard Stenella we now have the yachts entire music catalogue digitalized. This means that guests can select there favourite music at the touch of a button or organize a play list for their weeks enjoyment! There is over 70GBs which is over 35 days of continuous music!! Febuary 2005 Gadget Madness Aboard Stenella we now have a live underwater video feed. We can watch what is happening beneath the yacht from the comfort of the yachts saloon TV! November 15th 2004 WELL DONE TO KC!!!! She won the New England Culinary Award at the BVI Charter Yacht Boat Show in Tortola for Best Entree. KC won against stiff competition to be awarded the title preparing her very own Island Spiced Pork Tenderloin with sweet mash potato. August 30th 2004 Stenella will be available for viewing at the BVI charter yacht boatshow at Village Cay in Tortola, November 8th-11th.
